Shipping Options

We offer a range of shipping options to ensure your orders reach you promptly and securely.

Our standard shipping is in standard size boxes and a total weight of up to 10 KG. If you would like to order an item outside of our standard shipping options, we will contact you to discuss the options.

Delivery Costs

We apply the following administration and shipping costs for our standard shipment:

• Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: €25
• Other EU countries: €75
• Worldwide: on request

If the items ordered do not fit within our standard delivery, we will contact you to discuss the correct shipping method and any additional costs. Pick up in Amerongen (NL) is free of charge.

Delivery times

If we have the items in stock, we will offer your package to our logistics partner within 4 working days. If we do not have the product in stock, we aim to dispatch within 7 working days. If we anticipate a longer delivery time, we will contact you. If you require a faster express delivery, please contact our customer service department directly.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a Track & Trace via the email address associated with your account.
